We have customized plans for Bali to the model fit based on our field and most of our desires.

First the house will be:

• built on a crawl space, insulated
• BBC ,
• decorated flat tile slate-colored.

Listed building and customizing the layout, we primarily added:

• 1 m of additional width side garage
• 50 cm wide, extra side living room / dining room,
• two windows of 2.10 m side lounge (facing south),
• a French window in the room of the DRC of 1.20 m, 1 cupboard
• input to delineate the kitchen, and modified slightly
• bulkheads and internal boundaries.

The extra cost of these customizations, prompting us to develop ourselves the attic. That said, we expect the hopper for the future staircase, installation of front windows and 2 skylights for the design of the bathroom and mezzanine.
